Mission Viejo, CA - Holt Integrated Circuit announces the release of our ruggedized CMOS 5 Volt Transceiver products for MIL-STD-1553 data bus applications. In addition to having the lowest power consumption on the market, the complete Holt transceiver product line features advanced internal protection circuitry that protects against destructive over-current conditions that can occur from an unintentional short across a transceiver's output. All of Holt's MIL-STD-1553 transceiver products, including the HI-1567, HI-1568 and HI-1570, also have built-in protection from excessive current drain when they are connected to an un-terminated bus or stub.
